2026-2027 tuition:

• Kinder: ½ day: $18,297
• Kinder Full day: $22,685
• Grades 1-5: $23,744
• Grades 6-8: $24,699
• High School: $28,015

* For currently enrolled students a $1,000 deposit must be paid at contract signing. This deposit is included in the tuition listed above. 

* Tuition Insurance Premium: A 1% premium of the total tuition contract is required for all families enrolled in a tuition payment plan.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want families to understand the full scope of costs associated with enrollment at Austin Waldorf School.

These fees support additional classroom materials and experiences throughout the year (2026-2027):

• Kindergarten: $450
• Grades 1–5: $560
• Grades 6–7: $800
• Grade 8: $1,020
• High School Grades 9–10: $800
• High School Grade 11: $950
• High School Grade 12: $1,380

• Orchestral Instruments: Starting in Grade 3, orchestral instruments are required and must be provided by the family.
• Private Instrumental Lessons (Grades 4–8): Families are responsible for arranging and funding private music lessons outside of school.
• Art Class Field Trips (Grades 6–12): Additional field trip fees may be up to $200 annually.
• Student Support Services: If specified in the enrollment contract, families may be responsible for therapy costs up to $1,200 per semester.
• Tuition Refund Premium: A 1% premium of the total contract amount is required for all families enrolled in a tuition payment plan.
• FACTS Processing Fee: Families who choose to enroll in a tuition payment plan will incur a $55 processing fee through the FACTS payment system.|

  • New Student Fee:
    • New Student Fee: $1,000 for 1 student
    • $875 per student if enrolling 2 students
    • $833 per student if enrolling 3 or more students
  • Capital Building Fee:
    • $1,500 per family
  • New students in Grade 5-8: One-time catch-up class trip funding fee of $300
  • New students in Grade 9: One-time catch-up class trip funding fee of $600
  • New students in Grade 10: One-time catch-up class trip funding fee of $800
  • New students in Grade 11: One-time catch-up class trip funding fee of $1,200
  • New students in Grade 12: one-time catch-up class trip funding fee of $1,400

Fees cover team uniforms, equipment use, and league participation.

2026-2027 Athletics Fees:

Middle School Athletics: $175 per sport

High School Athletics: $275 per sport

• Returning Austin Waldorf  Families: Apply by December 12.
   
• New Families (applying for admission): Apply by February 10.

• Plan A – One payment, paid in full by July 15, 2026.
   
• Plan B * – Two payments, due in June and December.
   
• Plan C * – Nine monthly payments, paid April–December.
   
• Plan D * – Twelve monthly payments, paid June–May. You must be enrolled by June to choose this payment plan.

Opt Out & Withdraw

Step 1:  Submit Parent Financial Statement (PFS) through the SSS platform using our school code: 2174.

Step 2: Upload supporting documents. 

• Previous years 1040 tax return
• All related schedules
• Copies of all W2s
• 1099 forms

Step 3: Submit $55 application fee
 

* Only one PFS is needed per family, unless parents are divorced—then each household must submit its own PFS.
