Admissions Process

The first step is to complete our Inquiry Form. This allows our Admissions team to learn more about your family and guide you through the process.

We invite you to experience our campus in person.

After your tour, you’ll be invited to begin the application process.

Tour Dates:

Wednesday, December 17 - Early Childhood through 5th Grade

Wednesday, January 14 - 6th Grade through High School

Wednesday, January 21 - 6th Grade through High School

Monday, February 16 - Early Childhood through 5th Grade

Monday, March 2 - Early Childhood through 5th Grade

 Each tour runs from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Applying to Austin Waldorf School is simple through our online application system. A non-refundable application fee of $120 is required.
We accept applications year-round, with priority given to those submitted by January 23. Students who meet this deadline will receive an admissions decision by March 9. Applications received after the deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis as space allows.

For current families: sibling applications are due by December 8, 2025.

Once your application is reviewed, your child will be invited for a classroom visit.

• Early Childhood students will visit for a few hours.
• Grades 1–8 will participate in a two-day visit.
• High School students will have a one-day visit.

If applicable, student support visits will be arranged during your child's scheduled visit days.

Families are typically notified of admissions decisions within one week of the classroom visit. 

If your child is offered admission, please confirm enrollment by submitting the enrollment contract and $1,000 registration deposit upon admission acceptance notification.
